Her broad industry experience includes card issuance, processing, acquisition, and payment networks. She has worked for large credit card companies and payment networks as well as Fintech start-ups. Her passion for all things card operations brings unique expertise in product/program implementation, back-office operations, customer service, compliance, and procedure/process development. Rochelle’s well-rounded knowledge of the payments ecosystem gives Wellbridge the upper hand in managing a successful card program.
Jordyn McQuaide
Jordyn has been in the banking industry for nearly 20 years, most of which have focused on payments, card programs, and Fintech. Her expertise in all areas of card products includes processing, digital and live agent servicing, product development, and portfolio management. She has developed innovative strategies related to collections and recovery strategy, which has led to developing improved customer experience and portfolio management. In addition, Jordyn’s professional experience provides her with a knowledge base that leads to asking the right questions and analyzing data, which serves as the basis for rolling out solutions that meet cardholder needs.
